New Playhouse and Summer Camp in Diósd

Szülők Háza (Home for Parents) will run theme Summer day-camps throughout this summer, and is opening a new day-care center / nursery school (óvoda) in Diósd in September, 2008 for ages 3-7. This is gong to be a private nursery, financed by the parents and by the local government of Diósd in the proportion of about half and half.

Since there is a shortage of óvodas in Diósd, the Szülők Háza Playhouse will fill up soon, so you might want to check if you like them or not.

The leader and spirit behind the nursery is Judit Regős, a mother of young children herself, who already runs Szülők Háza in the 11 Center. Judit is a recognized expert in her field of assisting the whole family, and provides great leadership and training to her staff, the teachers and babysitters at Szülők Háza. This is not a Christian nursery, however. The language of the programs is Hungarian, providing your children and you an opportunity to make friends with Hungarian families in Diósd.

They will also take care of any birthday parties for any ages in the Playhouse or in your home. They are good, I have participated in a few of those parties.

This is not a missionary community service, but they will provide quality service to your family; join if you would like to build relationships with local people in Diósd and if you don’t mind picking up some Hungarian.
