Times of fellowship with other believers and hearing Bible messages preached is so refreshing for us all, so we are all warmly encouraged to draw near to be strengthened in our personal walk of faith.

The most amazing words ever written, ever read, ever believed…

“For God so loved the world, He gave his only son, that whoever believes in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

These words have been translated into more languages, been read by more people and impacted more lives than any other words. Why? Because this verse from John’s gospel simply captures the heart of the good news. It starts with God’s motive and heart of LOVE. God loved you so much that he GAVE hi son, who died on the cross for our sins, for your sins. We could never pay the price or earn salvation, so he paid the price and now offers a free gift to whosoever BELIEVES. That’s what it says! Notice it does not say whoever is good or goes to church, keeps commandments, changes his life, but whoever believes. Our faith can not be in what we do for him, but in what he has done for us. And then the last words: “shall have everlasting LIFE”. That’s why Jesus came and its yours to receive by grace through faith.

If you want to trust Christ as your savior, just say a prayer in your heart, something like this: “Jesus, I believe that you loved me and I receive you as my personal savior today. Amen.”
