Cable Car (Sikló)

On the Buda side, across the Chain Bridge (Lánchíd), on the left side of the tunnel, you will find the this antique Cable-car that takes you up to the 60 meter high Castle district. It is interesting and fun for children to take the 2 minute ride. There is a really good view of the Chain Bridge, the Basilica, and the Pest side of the city. The upper station is next to the Buda Castle. The Cable-car carries strollers. Recommended, although the queue can be quite long sometimes.
