“Under the Frog” is taken from a Hungarian expression used often to describe a situation when your position is utterly disadvantageous: “under the butt of the frog”. People often use this expression in Hungary. I want to change this and make this frog become a symbol of hope.

FROG is also an acronym: Fully Rely On God.

So the frog is here to express that no matter your personal limitations or circumstances, you can always choose to Fully Rely On God and not be “under” the circumstances any longer. May this happy little frog be the symbol of hope for you, too, especially if you are just about to do something you have never done before. Living in Hungary for example.

This site is an experiment of a woman young only in spirit, and completely new to the entire WordPress scenario.

I will share with you things on my heart about coping with people whose cultural heritage is different from our own… and I will also introduce you to my city in the heart of Europe: Budapest, and its people, the Hungarians.
